How can I become a Prime User?
Our PennyChat “Prime users” can make an account in just a couple of clicks.
Download the app in Play or App store and you are ready-to-go ! Fill in some basic information, go through the verification process and once your profile has been approved you are ready to make some money. Verification can take up to 24/48h.
Once your profile is approved, you get a personalised link to your page. This link you can now share with your customers and fans. If this “customer/fan” now want to use your services or chat with you, they have to download the app, make an “easy” profile in some clicks, buy some online credits and off-you-go ! This credits they can use to chat with you.

How do I get my money paid out as a Prime User ?
As a Prime User you can always check your earnings in the app itself. There you will see your pending balance and a “Payable for you now” line.
The “Pending balance” becomes a “Payable for you now” in 2 weeks after your chat partners spends credits on you. To get paid you click on “Pay me now” and if all your information is correct, you are verified by passport control and photo you will get the money on your account in a couple of working days, depending on the country.

How much do I get for 1 credit as a “Prime User”?
You always get 0,70 euro per credit.

Are my account details visible to others?
No, beyond your basic data such as User name, age and the photos you post, there is no data that chat partners can see.

What is the minimum age to become a Prime User on PennyChat?
The minimum age to use the PennyChat is 18 years old.

How do people find me on PennyChat?
There is a search bar where chat partners can enter your name. To get people there you can promote on your own social media. What's nice is that on our website "www.PennyChat.app" you will find some nice templates where you can enter and download your own photos and info to use on your own socials.

Is my data safe with PennyChat?
Your data is stored on Google servers and therefore is very safe.

If a normal user buys 100 credits. Do I get 70% of that 100 euros as a Prime?
No that is not always the case. This is only the case if that chat partner spends these 100 credits on you alone. If that person still talks to other people, part of his credits will also go there. You can see what a CP (Chat partner) has spent on you when you view his/her profile. It says what he/she spent on you.

What is a silver, gold and platinum profile?
You, as a Prime user can choose to add your CP to a certain group of profiles.
Suppose you have 500 Chat partners at a certain moment (many people have a lot more) and you would send a mass message to all together, then you could easily get 300 replies. Nice, because you earned some euros, but in order to be able to answer your "best chat partner" immediately, we have created the option to give them a privilege status. These are silver, gold and platinum. Only you can see this information.

How to delete my PennyChat profile?
It is very easy to delete your PennyChat profile-you go on your settings, make some clicks and it's gone.

Can I delete a text or a total chat ?
Yes, you can. For a text- keep your finger on the text and it will give you the chance to delete the text. To delete the chat partner you swipe in the chat on his name to the right-the delete button will show. You can always find this chat partner again in the search bar.

You really want to delete a chat partner?
Yes, it's possible! Below his/her photos is the Delete button.

What is a Mass message?
Suppose : early morning and you feel good and ready for the gym. Take a selfie in front of the mirror and say "Good morning guys, I am ready for the gym!"
You will be amazed at how many responses you will receive-so again earned some euros! This after you have built a bond with your chat partners, of course.

Is it true that there are few or no “fake” profiles on PennyChat?
We at PennyChat are very focused on avoiding fakes as much as possible!!Prime users must always scan their full ID/Passport and upload it if they want to be paid. In fact, we- The PennyChat team, can request a short video call before we pay out amounts.

How do I, as a regular user can buy credits and is that safe?
You can easily and safely buy credits via the app. The price starts at 1 euro for 1 credit.

People who abuse these rules can be kicked out of the app at any time. This with the loss of all remaining credits or earnings. All credits are not refundable. You can user your credits on multiple chat partners.

Why is verification so important to us?
We only want real profiles to use our app and want to exclude robot profiles. That's why we require verification with every payout from our Prime users. That can be done in different ways.

What is Multilevel ?
A trainer teaching someone else how best to use PennyChat can soon apply for a multilevel income from PennyChat. In this way, that person earns something from people he introduces to the app and gives coaching.
